How Ultimo are supporting the project

Ultimo will be providing our cloud based and fully mobile Ultimo Maintenance Management software for use with the T-ERA project demonstrator. The Ultimo software can be used both on desktop, as well as on a mobile device.

The delivery of planned and predictive maintenance will be managed by the Ultimo software thanks to the smart integration with sensor technology and the Manufacturing Operations Management system. So, Ultimo plays an important role in demonstrating Industry 4.0 technology, as well as to evidence all aspects of Asset Management required for the ‘’factory in a box.’’ This will showcase how industry can gain a better insight into and grip on assets as well as efficient maintenance. This leads to downtime reduction, performance improvement and life span extension of assets.

We will provide on technical and industry knowledge to the implementation of the software. This will include the creation of an Asset Register, lifecycle management of assets as well as integration with 3rd party systems. This integration will evidence the capability of predictive maintenance on the project.
